It’s off to the editor! It took me longer to write this short story than I expected, mainly because the holidays got me off track but it’s done, it’s done, it’s done! Did I say, it’s done?
I don’t know what changes the editor will make but here’s a quick sneak peek. A quick note, this was a prequel of sorts on my holiday short that appeared on the Writing Wenches’ Anthology, Shut Up and Kiss Me. In that story, Jessica makes an appearance and mentions she’s getting married. You don’t have to read Shut Up (I’d love it if you do, of course) to enjoy Bad Luck.
